Stan Suderow
Sixth Grade Teacher
SSuderow@neighborhoodchristian.org
Hi my name is Stan Suderow and I started
teaching in Christian Schools in 1981 with experience in both teaching
and administration. I am a biological science graduate of Humboldt
State University and enjoy the adventure of exploring the wonders of
God’s world and his character and principles with my sixth graders. It
is a joy and privilege to see God work in the lives of these young
people as they prepare for the challenges of Junior High, Senior High
and College. God continues to use these sixth grade students as they
reach out to the children of Mexico on our annual spring mission
outreach to Ensenada. At Neighborhood I also am honored to lead
worship, encouraging our students to reach a higher level of devotion
to the Lord as we celebrate Jesus in our chapel services. A favorite
Bible verse of mine is Psalm 127:4, “One thing I ask of the Lord, this
is what I seek; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days
of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his
temple.” For the past four years, I have spent summers directing camp
Lassen in northern California for the Boy Scouts of America, hiking,
camping, and horseback riding with young men. My wife, Pat, and I were
married in 1981 and have 4 children: Daniel (born in 1986), Sarah
(1987), Erin (1991), and Megan (1993).
