I'm usually juggling a few balls at a time so catch me if you can between teaching Spanish, making sure the computers are running, watching the budget and finances, working the sound at Chapel, ensuring the lunch program goes smoothly, coordinating the Mexico Outreach, and ...

I love coming home from Neighborhood (where both of my daughters go to school and my son also attended) and having my daughters Natasha (Born January 18, 1996) and Monica (Born January 21, 1998) shout, "Daddy, Daddy!" as they run up and give me the greatest hugs in the universe! My son Adam (Born August 8, 1986) is now on his own and doing well.   My wife, Maria, adds to God's blessing in truly being my helpmate as we follow God in raising our family.

I really enjoy praying and reading God's Word, spending time (in fellowship) with my brothers and sisters in Christ, teaching Spanish at Neighborhood, serving God in various areas, running, going rock-climbing (you know, with the ropes), hiking, back-packing, camping, reading (the Bible, Spurgeon, science fiction, Calvin and Hobbs, and ...), playing my harmonica, .... strawberry shortcake is the yummiest (with lots of whip cream!), my wife's homemade pizza is the best (especially the green one) and her "arroz imperial" (wow!), ... Delirious, Third Day, and Jeremy Camp sound great, .... In His Steps (by Charles Sheldon) is my favorite book - you should read it!, and I pray that Galatians 2:20 is evident in my life: "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me." NIV

In Spanish, Galatians 2:20 is: Galatas 2:20 - "Con Cristo estoy juntamente crucificado, y ya no vivo yo, mas vive Cristo en mí; y lo que ahora vivo en la carne, lo vivo en la fe del Hijo de Dios, el cual me amó y se entregó a sí mismo por mí." VRV
